BILT Pit Shoes

I already have a pair of *real* boots, but need something decent for around-town/riding to work.

I used to have a pair of Alpinestars SF Riding Shoes which were great for this, but they don't make them anymore.

Anyone tried these?

I don't have any experience with those - but both my wife and myself have a pair of Shift Racing riding shoes. Super comfortable to walk around In All day and still give decent protection.

From what I've found, the Shift shoes have been discontinued.

I'm sure these will be fine.

I could spend $150 on Alpinestars, but don't really want to right now.
