Blockchain is stuck on 10 minute confirmations. Lightning will change that by lowering fees and transfer times. That's if it actually happens. IMO BTC is dead.

Had none of that. 4 hours later my withdrawal from Gdax finally showed up in my Poloniex account.

It kind of asked me for the 2fa code but it's the same one as coinbase which is confusing (I know they own each other). But it was specific to enter in the 2fa code. It also said it could send a text with a code and that didnt work. So I entered in the 2fa code, hit send and hoped for the best. It worked.
 
Anyone have a wallet they use for XLM Stellar? Saw a youtubeer say don't bother as long as the secret key Stellar generates is kept safe.

Merrill Lynch just blocked all clients, advisers and brokers from trading any Bitcoin products. That includes GBTC
 
Poloniex taking forever sending xlm stellar to my wallet. Did a sample of sending 10 xlm at around 6:45pm and still not sent. I'll check it out in the morning. Don't like keeping my crypto on the exchange.

I'm going to order the ledger nano s tomorrow. Pretty sure it's gone up from $80 to $115 the past month.
 
While it seems like crypto is going completely off the rails and at this point is nothing but gambling, it has been a fun way for me to learn a bit about markets and trading. The crazy swings and speed everything happens at is actually pretty cool for seeing how markets and trading function on a short attention span.

The $200 of XRP I bought paying for a plane ticket to Spain is a nice bonus as well, even if selling at $1 wasn't the most perfect of market timing.

My purchase of some ETH/BTC/LTC made the down payment on a new car purchase.

Keeping track of crypto markets was taking up way too much of my brain power and adding to stress. I cashed out a few weeks ago and was happy with the returns I got.

Exactly. A lot of friends have made significant profits that'll keep us happy for a while. So I'll wait for the next dip before I get my hopes about another boom.

We’re in the dip right now for major cryptos. Might want to look into buying while everyone is crying.

Alt coins are blowing up tho. Trx is still under a dollar. Same with xlm and req.

This is not a dip. All coins are about 1000%+ of what they were less than a month ago. I'll wait.

Ok, any recommendations on Exchanges for buying CC where you don't have to buy BTC first, for example: TRX (Tronix) or ZCG (Zlancer) ?

This is why I only invest fiat that does not impact my daily life, and or need anytime soon. Gives it time to build
