This will look even funnier once the merge the thread.
I think it looks like an NC700x. My joke was bad and I should feel bad.

doesnt look like much suspension travel
Got so worked up I can't even spell. Excited like watching Debbie Does Dallas for the first time. Cept this time it's a motorcycle.
Yeah, I'm a bit disappointed with all these bikes that have rough-road (because not really "off-road") styling, but only have as much suspension travel as superbikes meant to be ridden on super-smooth racetracks. Those are presumably meant to be real-world bikes, so they should have real-world suspensions that can deal with bumps and potholes. 5" of suspension travel really doesn't cut it. I'm happy that there are more and more bikes with tall seats and decent legroom, but come on, give us a few more inches of travel. It makes a HUGE difference when you can stop watching out for potholes and just fly over bumpy real-world roads without worrying about bottoming out your suspension.
Especially on bikes with electronically controlled suspensions - it doesn't seem like it would be so difficult to have suspension that has (for example) 10" of travel, but has a setting with greatly increased damping, rebound, and spring rate, so you can make it behave just like a stiff track-oriented suspension with 5" of travel.
Found a pic of it in silver

So which made you finish faster? The R1200RS or The S1000XR?

why do they run the exhaust under the bike on an adventure bike?

Looks like they're going after the MultiStrada

The S 1000 XR is based heavily on the S 1000 R naked, which makes 160 horsepower at 11,000 rpm and 83 foot-pounds of torque at 9,250 rpm. With a wet weight of 502 pounds, the XR comes in at about 40 pounds heavier than the Multi, while making similar horsepower figures, but 20 fewer foot-pounds of torque.
... which was created to go after the GS.
Are you sure the Multi's weight is not dry? BMW is usually the only manufacturer that quote wet weight.
