Breaking Bad, Cont'd. (SPOILERS!!!)

I just started watching season 1 and im only a few shows in but man i cant turn it off:teeth

I was pissed that Mr. White was dragging his feet about giving Jesse the $$. It was one of the few dumb things he has done. I was afraid that the junkie g/f was going to start talking. So it made me VERY happy to see her take a dirt nap.

Did you guys see who was at the Hospital with Skylar? Oh boy, this is gonna be good.

Also, you see the Dad's face being plastered all over the 'net and now the T.V. news!!!!

I think next (6/31) week is the season finale!!!!!!! :thumbup
 
Yup. ABQ on 5/31 is the season finale.

I wonder if Mr. White's new online popularity will be their demise. As in the Mexicans finally end up finding out who Heisenberg really is. Maybe we'll finally get some answers on the "carnage" previews/introductions that we've been seeing in a couple of episodes.

yeah really though. after walt talked to jane's dad at the bar about how you can't give up on family he went back to talk to jesse.

dude; the teddy bear in the pool. The all white guys laying out evidence with walt's broken glasses. The two body bags to the side of his Aztec.

It's going to break bad pretty soon.

I liked how Skylar showed Walt how to lay down Holly so she wouldn't barf in her sleep. Then at the end of the episode Jane was doing the same thing to Jesse so he wouldn't yuke on his HAIR-ON binge.

Then at the end of the episode it shows both Jesse and Jane on their sides; and Walt pushes Jane onto her back as he's trying to wake up Jesse.

So instead of jane yuking on jesse she's done
 
those future scenes at the beginning of the shows always seem more ominous than they actually wind up being. the very first episode, walt speeding down the highway, sirens closing in, two bodies sliding around the rv, going into the dirt, apologizing into the video camera and getting ready to shoot it out and .... the other one with jesse's lowrider hopping mysteriously, the back of the car riddled with bullet holes... the scene where the illegal finds tuco's grill in the river and you wonder: wow, how did that wind up in the river? what happened to hank?

every one of those scenes has been a tease, think this one is too.

Ain't gonna happen. The writers are going to going to keep Walt (and Jessee even) likable, not murderers. Instead of poisoning Tuco with ricin, he dies in a shootout with Hank. So instead of Jessee killing the skank and her husband, the ATM does the job. Instead of Walt smothering Jane with a pillow, she does a Jon Bonham.

Excellent thoughts, postcholo. But there is little doubting there is a fire/explosion at Walt's residence and two people die. Unless the bodybags are evidence bags for the cash.

but it's always something kind of unexpected. maybe a fire or explosion next door? if you look at the opening scene from this season's first episode [amctv] you see that walt & skyler's house seems unscathed. also, the scene is in black & white with only the teddy bear in color, usually that indicates it's a dream [or an attempt at neo-noir].

of course, there's always the possibility that they've lured us in with all of these ominous opening scenes that end relatively benignly and this one will end badly.

also, walt goes into surgery this next episode and skyler takes his glasses [watch the "sneak peak" on amc]. so you know walt's probably not at this scene.

Oh good point about the glasses... I don't think *this* season finale will reveal to much. They'll make us wait until season [x] just like The Shield did.
 
It's gotta be his on-demand water heater. But do those things explode? Wouldn't a gas leak blow up more shit? Gotta be something like that, not a shootout because otherwise they wouldn't be wearing the hazmat gear.

Also, there's either a bullet hole or a fragment hole in his Aztec's windshield.

Whatever happens this show has always kept me on the edge of my seat.

I keep thinking that's Malcolm, Reese, Dewey and Francis's DAD!!! and await the appearance of Lois.
 
Holy balls that was a great season finale!!!!!!!!!!

When i first saw the ______ in the beginning I kinda sorta thought it was going to be what had happened, just because there were 2 _____ of s_____ in the background area.

Hopefully i didnt ruin it for anyone, thats why i put the _____ in this post :)
 
When I saw the NTSB on the van I felt cheated and realized postcholo was right. But at least they tied it in with Jane's dad.

Walt is pretty much up shit creek with Skyler. There's no way he can explain $100K. I'm thinking maybe they'll be separated and that will give Walt a bunch of free time to do interesting things.

Loved the DEA tour by Gus of Pollo-whatever. I wonder if he suspects Walt now.
 
The DEA tour left me question the pollo guy. Do you think the pollo guy will stop doing business with walt because he thinks that walt and his brother in law are working together or maybe the pollo guy will try to have walt assassinated and in the next season walt ends up killing the pollo guy with his bear hands.

Oh the possibilities! I cant wait for season 3!!!!

Oh man the ending was awesome!

Great season finale. I think that the Pollo man will continue dealing with Walt BECAUSE he is so close to the head DEA agent. I mean Walt is the least suspect to the DEA agent and the Pollo man has got to realize that fact.
