Kind of disappointed - was raining pretty hard when I left the house but it was dry in SF. I went through all the hassle of putting on my rain suit, too.

First wet ride of the season.... which explains the various brain farts this morning: grabbed the wrong gloves, forgot to put in Pinlock, forgot to Rain X outside of visor.
Hardest part of the ride? (other than having to ride with visor open and finding out my pants have a leak in them near the knees): explaining to my wife I will still be able to see even though the beemers windshield and my helmet "doesn't have wipers"...
Still beats caging it to work..... it would have taken me 2 hours.

I swear to gawd I posted, but it disappeared 
no riding in for me - still haven't swapped the tires on the GSXR (still have one more trackday this year), PLUS I dorked my shoulder pretty good in my crash on Sunday. Tried riding on Wednesday and paid for it dearly, so going to give it a week to heal up and re-assess at that time

Nice, I've never had heated grips on a moto but I could remember a few times I wish I had them in the Sierra.
Not too cold down here on the ride to Santa Clara.

Back on the horse today, we'll see how my shoulder does or doesn't appreciate it - telecommute tomorrow either way, so a good chance to see how it feels. Wasn't bugging me riding, although my poor litter finger stung the whole time
