Yeah! How much weight did you drop? And did you get any performance benefits?

I like it! Well done. The kit looks pretty comprehensive. The bike looks wicked cool! :thumbup

Sweet little unit! Nicely done! :thumbup
One of the Mods here has an EX250 cafe. It's a beauty too.

Now that I mention it, I don't believe I've seen him post here in a while.
Is Solomon (I think that's his name) still around here? He was super active for a while.
Who had that cool lil two-fiddy?

Nice conversion, congratulations.

Did you rattle-can the blue paint? Excellent finish as presented in your pics.

more pictures of the bike!

A full on side shot is what is needed.

Found this on their website:

More pics of your Subaru on CE28's?

Nice bike btw. :ride

Had a paint shop paint it. World Rally Blue

Nice!

How does riding it compare to before the conversion?

Riding is way different, sit a lot lower so knees are higher up

only took 3 days, one day to disassemble the bike, one day of wiring, and one day assembly. could have done it in less but i wanted to take my time.

wholly mocha

That's pretty café racery!
Nice job!:thumbup

Pretty sweet kit! Doesn't look like you can move the forks in the triple, but I'd be tempted to slide the forks up an inch to level it out and see how it rides.

Nice kit. :thumbup

It was Mike (Mortifer). He did it twice.

Yep! That's the one.
No excuse for not remembering his name. Those obscure ones (Mike) trip me up sometimes. :laughing
I believe he sold it to another mod, and that's the name I can't recall.
