Thanks for the this recomendation. Stopped by there this afternoon and picked up a kit. Great service, old timer behind the counter seemed very knowlegeable and willing to give advice. :thumbup

Good to hear. That shop just came from a google search for speed shops near san pablo, but I figure any independent shop that's been around for 50 years should have an old guy who knows a thing or two.:thumbup

Those guys helped a bunch of other idiots put a blower on a chevy 350 that was stuffed in a Jaguar, aka "the draguar". That's enough for me.

lol, well they new enough to get me parts that I needed. Would have been an hour at the local oreileys with them telling me my truck never came with a 350...

Update: Carb parts soaking in the ultrasonic bath at work. Will be ready for reassembly tonight.
