It is my feeling that this entire thread could be reduced into this simple phrase watching said bike go down the front straight on pit wall...

That's how that read to me :dunno

edit: Sorry for the sarcasm, I enjoy reading rc and meeting you folks at trackdays, I'm REALLY glad you don't act so cranky THERE !

Who you calling not cranky?

Oh well... bummer about your reading comprehension, you missed the message by a country mile but that's alright 'cause I was pretty much laughing the entire time I was typing it. It's a shame everything has to be taken so seriously in the RC 'cause it didn't used to be that way. When you all eventually step away from roadracing, you'll all realize what a blast you were having 'playing racer' and that in the grand scheme you were all just having a lot of fun, not curing cancer. You'll remember the good times, you'll forget the bs and maybe keep a few good friends... but I guarantee you 99.9% of the nonsense on barf will be forgotten, including my posts or Dorn's and even budman's.

Ride hard boys and girls, you're having the time of your life, trust me on that! :thumbup

Who you calling not cranky?

:laughing

You bite worse than Homie :x

AFMotorsports.....long time no hear. Since we haven't seen you around, I thought you were at meteorological school, or maybe a statistics refresher. :teeth:thumbup

Hope to meet you and a bunch of the other BARF/AFM crazies sometime this year.

I think I realized everything you mentioned about this time last year. I am still racing but we are just playing the game and trying to have fun...sort of. Damn competitive juices! :laughing

You guys got sucked in to national endurance racing! Youre definitely playing the game. :)

Look at Alex being all positive an' shit! :laughing Welcome back.

Berto has proven to have all of the AFM members best interest at heart, so lay down the torches. He's still a young kid, and so what if he's a punk. He's still our president and has added a lot of color to the organization along with some good ideas and policies. Let's give the kid some credit.

That could use a smiley in there somewhere because I know you were kidding but it didn't read out that way.

Berto's a grown man, probably running more operations than most people did by the time they were 50. We can all use some extra years of wisdom but I don't think his age has anything to do with much.

:thumbup

Wow 27 pages. to EDR...You dont know what the displacement of the bike in question is,peroid. and if there was a question you should have filed a protest then or file one next race.
Per your own post, have built cheater motors and had riders race them, so because you have built cheater motors your a expert about cheater motors?
what about well built and tuned motors with talented riders on them. do you know anything about that?
I must admit I have a bias, Ive known KC for many years. Ive learned many things about tuning from him. I also know him to talanted honest hard working tuner and builder who dosnt take shortcuts. I also know Pat Ho for many years. he too is a talanted honest hard working builder. both have built many motors for my shop. Jose works for me sometimes and in the past Ive done some tuning for him. A talented honest hard working racer.
If your going to try to put into question a tuners, builders and riders credibility and honestly you might try useing something other than , ( I cheat and you smoked me , so you must be cheating. ) as your prof of cheating.
thats the way I see it. I dont know you , you might be a nice guy ,my impression of you is only from what Ive read in your post. and that is of a sore losser. with a big mouth

You're all kids. :rofl And stay off my lawn.

If the racer in question was caught cheating, does that necessarily implicate the tuner?

Yes, if tuner knows what he is building.
If you ask me to build you prod bike it is my job to read rule book and build you legal bike. However you pay price and are responsible if found illegal :)

Yody asked "tuner" not "builder". Try again?

So what are all these people who came to the rider/tuners defense going to say if it becomes public they were cheating running a 750 in a 600?
