civilizing the savages (feral kitties)

We had a litter join us in our front yard. Feral as can be. I've made friends with two of them. They are jumpy but loved to be petted. Just keep petting him. He will be purring up a storm whenever he sees you soon. :thumbup

Give me 30 mins and you can use my cat carrier. :staRang

well, its probably going to be hell to housebreak him. Also, Cats are very territorial, and if your home is close to your work, he will probably abscond and run back to the shop. If you can, have him Nutered asap. If he hasent started spraying, that may save the interior of your house. Im trying to think, work is on the brain.

We adopted an uber-feral cat, and he had NO trouble figuring out what the cat box was for. He doesn't spray, and he's actually turned into the most cuddle-seeking cat of the four.

Ah yes, Mister Sootypants charmed me instantly...cutie boy! Very encouraging. :)

Mr Sootypants says hi :wave - well - he is asleep next to me, but it's the thought that counts eh :)

OY - how did you get my Ozzy Kat in that beer holder :confused :rofl

So a new feral kittycat appeared at our metal fab shop the other day. He's a super adorable little fella, and I was contemplating the notion of taking him home, ridding him of those muddy dreadlocks and making him my own.

You DO know that owning a cat, effectively cuts out your finding an available rental by about oh, a third? :p Wait until you move out of you parents' place first. :laughing

Yeah...except that Gwynne's already got a cat in the equation! If we can ever get our sheisse together enough to even have dinner and discuss rental options, that is.

Can we name him George?

Please

PLEASE

:p

( Someone has to send me the address to the restaurant, I cleared tomorrow. )

yes, that's the hope...dinner to converse about potential housing. And to discuss how we'll go about potty training Nicky, as well as King George. :rofl
