Most especially coming from someone who up to that point only had been on BARF for one day and had only made 3 or 4 posts up to that point.

Its tacky for people to take a completely innocent thread like this and make a big deal out of it.

The stickers arent your taste ? Fine, but dont try to make us that have these stickers as well as others feel like shit for doing so. These are meant to be funny and I find them extremely funny, if you dont, thats fine too but perhaps you should invest in a sense of humor. You'll live longer.

i didnt say I had the problem with the sticker, i think its funny and tacky, and thats why its awesome. i have a shirt that says "Fucking classy" on it, written very elegant looking. its awesome.

i was just pointing out the fact that stGuy is hypocritical :)

I don't think I was being hypocritical at all. I simply stated my opinion that I thought putting those kinds of words out there for the public at large to read was tacky. I still think the same. And I know everyone uses those words. And that children will eventually see and learn them. But putting them out in public view is still tacky. My using those words here on the forum doesn't amount to hypocriscy. This is a forum that people have to subscribe to in order to post. You've got to make an effort to find this site. It's not like it's posted on a vehicle sitting beside you at a stop light. Or parked in a parking lot. The the OP came at me with them to begin with. I was being polite. He wasn't.

As for the post that ticked me off, there were no Smiling smilies. There was a Thumbs Up after the sarcastic comment about "clean coal burning power plants and those enviornmently friendly batteries", then a new paragraph and the OP started in. What is a person supposed to think when they come back with sharp sarcasm and then follow it up with vitriol? And the Party smilie at the end looks more like further sarcasm as a punctuation to the OP's comments about dumping "my used motor oil in the ocean and set fire to that pile of old track tires in my back yard". I dont' see the Party smilie at the end mitigating his various 'fuck you's'. The OP pointedly set them off from the first part of his post.

So, where's the humor in that?

Finally, I simply stated at the very beginning of the thread that I thought putting those words out there in public was tacky. Nothing more. Then I made a few more comments, none of which involved name calling or anything like that. For that I get 'fuck you' several times. With no hint of humor. I'm surprised that some of you can't see that. Some can, apparently, by the PM's I've gotten, but some can't.
