This is my attempt at a disclosure. This site takes no responsibility for anything your carrier does to you. You came here freely and decided to use all your data. If you go over your limit with them they may throttle your data speeds, charge you for extra data used or worse. What do I mean by worse? I have no idea. They may cut off your data, take your first born as payment or send a hit squad after you. I really have no idea. I've never gone over my limit before. (Yet.) This site is not liable for anything. Seriously. I have no money so cell carriers, please don't sue me. Someone coming to my site and using all their data is really no different than if they fired up the Netflix app, found a 2 1/2 hour movie and played it over and over again even though they aren't watching it. It's their decision. It's their data. They can do with it what they want. I just hope you soon realize that putting a cap on data does no good. It's not the amount of data someone uses, it's the number of people using data at the same time that causes congestion. If you really wanted to improve people's experience you wouldn't put caps on data, you'd invest in more cell towers in densely populated areas. So to sum up, the user came here of their own free will, they chose to use up all the data, don't sue me and put up more cell towers in the places I like to go.
