I don't know about good or bad but it where wine is made and what years it was (I.e certain years are better) is able to be told by drinking it.

And yes certain wines work better with certain foods. That certain types of wine taste better with certain foods is not a snob thing, it's just how taste buds work (science)

But yes you can get what you're looking for without spending lots of $$

i'll ruin the story, but the short version is that one time the emergency phone in one of the elevators at work started ringing...i answer, and it's a telemarketing call.

i say...you know you just called an elevator, right?...they're completely silent...speechless, i guess.
 
Mercy for telemarketers? I think not.

My trick is to say "Hold on a sec. . ." then put the phone down where the telemarketer will hear a television speaker. The record is about twelve minutes before they hang up.
