Commercials are the ultimate gig. She's worth a ton, especially after doing so many HUGE national company ads. A friend of mine whose wife was involved in the industry and had done a couple said doing just a few big commercials could carry you into a very very comfortable living and retirement with very little work.
Somebody lied to you. Seriously lied to you. I work in the biz and can confirm that this is complete and utter horseshit. The only people that make $ off commercials are the Production Company, Star (if there is one), Ad Agency, the actual company/product being advertised (if campaign is a success), and the Director. Even the Cinematographer is a gun-for-hire.
What about national commercials?
I thought they were waaay better than the local stuff. Obviously, but like what the previous posters were talking about.
Can't say I remember the rabbit. Scarily enough, I think I can place everyone and everything else.
