Dammit. My personality couldn't let it go. I had to look it up and do the math:
Windows 7 (64) = 3.06 gigs = 3,060 megs
Floppy = 1.44 megs
So, assuming that you could write all 1.44 megs onto one disk (not likely), then the fewest number of disks required is 2,125 disks.
