the online has been awesome. the maps are a bit small, so good thing its only 5v5, but its real fun. the co op stuff is pretty cool too. and of course the single player was basically an awesome 10 hour movie

yeah, I didn't get banned for having it modded. I got banned for playing forza 3 on xbox live about 3 weeks before release.
Big deal, my gamertag is just banned, not the console. All I do is make another gamertag and I'm back.

I can still use the gamertag offline. So my e-penor is still big, but only I will know that its big.
either way, small price to pay for getting to play games before they come out. First incident in over 2 years. I say it was worth it.
generally speaking yes, but just my gamertag was banned. This was probably because the copy of forza 3 that I got was from a review copy or something. I did get kind of overconfident in playing pre release copies on live. This usually happens with big name games from microsoft.
Happened with halo 3, gears 2, and now forza 3.
I played resident evil 5, batman AA, marvel ultimate alliance 2, halo odst, madden 10 all online before the release date and nothing happened.

I would know if left4dead 2 or MW2 were out yet. Most recent games out for download right now are borderlands,fifa 10, and forza 3

I'm just glad that I didn't spend any $$ on DLC or paid for a 12 month subscription to live. I always paid month to month since I run the risk of getting smacked with the banhammer.
I bet all those other people on the forza 3 leaderboards are banned too. I remember there being ~100 entries in the leaderboard the day it was leaked, a few days later that number shot to ~1500
