Console (Xbox Live/PSN) / PC - Online / Multiplayer Gaming

Ever run into the shield/M240 teams? Those guys are almost impossible to kill if done right.
 
Did some Spec-Op last night, total bad ass! I'll be on around 8pm tonight if any of you want to party-up. *cough*Factor*cough*
 
I went 1-14 on Favela last night in HCTDM. Shit happens. Spawning into the enemy's sights repeatedly. When I made it out of my spawn and encountered somebody around a corner or in a house, I lost every fight but one due to network latency.

I got nuked for the first time. I maxed out the SCAR-H and got an accolade (challenge?) title for it. Next up, Fabrique National's famous battle rifle.

I bulldozed some punks with my riot shield (Marathon & Commando perks), even got some unsuspecting sniper from the rear for a challenge. It's fun but if you don't have a teammate to work with you, don't bother. Like someone said above, a shielder drawing fire and a shooter or two picking off the people firing on the shielder should own maps. But most people don't bother coordinating.
 
I'm off work tomorrow which means I'll be up all night pwning foolz.

(or getting my ass kicked, which is more likely :teeth )
 
dude, ALL the shotguns in MW2 are kinda weak. Shotgun was my go-to in Vegas! I've leveled my M4 about all the way up. Any recommendations for what to level up next?
 
I hear the FAL is a really good rifle. I need one more promotion. And unfortunately I won't be able to play for another week!
 
so i got akimbo with that model 1887 shotgun. holy sweet haha. its not any better than any other shotgun, but its super cool

Only drawback now is that there's way too much crap in the sky! HINDs, Harriers, Pave Lows, airstrikes and C-130s, Jeebus!

It also seems like the shit in the air is a lot less deadly. in COD4 if there was a chopper outside with you, you were pretty much DOA. This time around it seems like you can go outside a good long ways without getting mown down.

If you get a game with a bad connection where you lose every surprise encounter, when you pull the trigger before or at the same time as your enemy, start camping. Otherwise you'll go 1-14 if you try to run n gun.

What sucks for me is I usually start strong, like 4-0, when my team is facing their team then I go downhill after it turns into a furball and everybody is spread out and mixed up.

The reason why is because one person gets zero kills and the other gets a lot and if you haven't noticed, a lot of people on Live are pretty selfish.
