I'm the opposite. I can't stand the bullshit that is MW2 anymore. It was fun while it lasted but the multiple problems that game has (camping, patches, lag, etc.) is making me hate it. I went back to playing Killzone 2 the past few days.
 
I have the retail copy of MAG. No connection issues whatsoever. No PSN drops...no lag. Played MW2 sast night and I lost the connection with my friend 5 times while playing spec ops and had multiple network issues in MP.

Got MAG at the midnight release and played up till now. Great fucken game I tell ya. If you love teamwork and squad play...this game is for you.

bioshock is a good game, not sure about the multiplayer aspect of it yet, just gotta wait n see. moar creepy lil sisters roaming around.... woo peee..
 
I can already see the Bioshock 2 multi sucking really hard. Devs only have enough time to concentrate on one aspect of a game. Take MW2 for example, the single was okay and really short, Spec Ops was REALLY fun on Vet with another player and multi is fun but it was get kinda frustrating after a while.

Still waiting for a MW2 map pack or Spec Ops pack.:|

Oh and even though most of the songs on Beatles:RB are easy, the game is the shizzle.

man, mw2, lots of running and gunning or knifing. gonna take a while to get used to. didnt play the game yet, just jumped into multiplayer.
 
So I bought MAG last night, since I had to try 256 players. You have to level up, so I only got to play one match at 128 players and it was super fun. I will eat me previous post. I found matches quickly, but I did experience lag here and there, but nothing major and the game just did come out Tuesday. Playing online once in awhile you get lag, nothing you can do.

The game is kind of bare to the bones. Not really any bells and whistles. But for having nothing special, the game play is pretty good. It is a good first person shooter and a lot of fun. I had my most fun when I would get thrown in a squad with a group a friend that were talkative and we could plan out our objectives. It is a really fun game and I can't wait until Friday when I have time to play again, so I can unlock 256 players. I am only 3 levels away. I recomend it. And if you have been playing COD on XBOX for awhile, most people on PSN suck since they are behind on online gameing. I am average at COD and have been one of the top guys every match in MAG since my first round as a level 1

If you get this on Ps3 add me Slick51o_ I have had ps3 less than a month and no one on my friends list :(
 
yea thats how i felt about MAG when i tried the open beta. lots of sucky PSN players, huge gameplay, not too interesting but fun due to size
 
anyone up for some Castle Crashers too? its just an awesome fun side scrolling chopper game... but hot DAMN is it fun :)

Add me. Kaze13. I'll get you in my squad and drag you into the Acquisition and Domination modes. You don't need to be leveled up if your group lead is a high enough rank. BTW, think of suppression and sabotage as training and xp farming. The meat of the game is the last two modes. That's where the real fun begins - you'll find out soon enough. You might think it's utter chaos in the beginning but there is a method to it's madness. Just make sure you have a headset ready. I prefer to have a player with a mic in the squad than a silent one but I'll add you anyways to give you a better experience. :thumbup

edit: bare bones....nah. Re-evaluate after trying the other modes and expanding your skill set...lol

tip: equip the med skills (heal + rez) and play sab to get experience. You should be able to get around 300+ per round and that should get you past lvl 10 quickly. Try acquisition first after that to get a taste of the battlefield and get familiar with the map and objectives.

I forgot to add that I'm part of SVER (fo life! lol) and you can only play against me if you are part of the other PMC's.
