While I'm not in support of prosecuting this guy, the audio is indeed the issue and for all of you who think you should have absolute zero rights to privacy when you walk out in public, how would you feel if everything you said in public, even just whispered to a friend, was recorded by someone else? Not a cop or The State, but TMZ or some other media types, or just some random people. So anyone with a robust listening device could record your conversations of any type anywhere outside of a private residence and throw it up on You Tube for the world to see. Would you all be cool with that? Is that the society you want?

First off no where in the patriot act does it say "If a person loses their right due to the patriot act their name needs to be disclosed publicly".

If you gave a shit about history you would notice some patterns like when people get too much power they get corrupt and people get oppressed. Like another person mentioned "She's a witch!", there is also "Communist!" and the next is "Terrorist!" but only if people just act like sheep to the constant push of government power over the people.

Sure this is all pretty extreme... but if everyone thinks "No way that would happen..." well guess what... that's when it WILL happen.

Either way leave thinking to the people who are controlling your lives... that's what they prefer anyways.
