The vehicle's owner was found and identified as Israel Shimeles of the Washington suburb of Alexandria, Virginia, Schneider said. Shimeles was arrested and charged with "operating after revocation," Schneider said. Schneider didn't elaborate on the charge. It wasn't immediately known if he had an attorney.

the fool talking to the reporter said ok to give up freedom for security??? how can that be.
you have no freedom if you do not provide your own security.
the government is not allowed under the Constitution to give you anything let alone security.

READ the Constitution of the United States of America.
it is easy, written in real words--NOT legal crap speak. a pocket booklet holds the full text and fits into a shirt pocket.

but this just goes to show how we the people have allowed it to go we the slaves of the rich and powerful.
