DIY Arcade machine

yeah im kinda familiar with ripping apart the bios updates to find the splash screen image and can change the image from there. my bios keeps checking for fast track controller and then tells me it cant find it. i tried disabling as much as i could as far as things for it to look for but i still get a bunch of black and white text.

putting a few coats of black paint on, after that i'm gonna put the tmolding on. i got some "leather" textured tmolding. should look nice. im told it can be tricky to install.
 
put the tmolding on and had a few people over to give it a good once over with some motral kombat, 19xx, raiden, streetfighter and some dark stalkers for good measure.

just about done. its what i like to call finishedish. i still want to get a coin slot for player 1 and put a textured piece of plastic on the front. later on when i can afford the 27 monitor that will be a nice upgrade. it could use better speakers and tweaking the interface and making sure all the roms work properly is still on the to do list. however its still quite useable, playable and enjoyable.
