Don't know bout y'all but if it's the rider's decision, I don't have much sympathy kind of like the speeding tickets

I went to court in college for a stop sign violation.
I stopped 100% and did not understand how the Officer did not know that until I went a looked at the intersection. It was a T and I was going east to west on the top part of the T.

I found where the officer was stopped on the side road he did not have a view of the stop sign itself. Only just beyond.
I took photo's and drew up a picture of the intersection showing his line of sight. After presenting I got to ask the officer is what I had shown is accurate. He said yes and I said to the the judge there was no way to see me at the stop and he assumed I did not based on my roll away.

He agreed. NOT GUILTY.

Good experience for an 18yo.
 
I've deserved every single citation I've ever received.
In fact, if you look at my violation/citation record, I am way, way ahead.
I speed much smarter than I did when I was younger. I still haul ass, I'm just more selective about when and where I do it.
I look at the few tickets I've gotten as "The price of poker". I know going in there's always a chance for an expensive afternoon.
