El Nino

Mount a set of Conti Trail Attack's/2's. Awesome rain tire, don't give up much dry grip in trade for wet. Makes it possible to hit Corralitos for lunch during inclement weather.

I'm looking forward to the next El Niño. If it happens, I'll spend more time in the desert riding dirt bikes.

1998 El Niño was good to me. I got myself brand new 98 Bandit 1200 in mid-February at a huge discount.

I'll put some PR4s on the bike, suit up the RoadCrafter, and keep on riding. :ride

As I am a more recent transplant, what are the odds of this rain hitting us this year? I'm assuming this won't start until late in the year, correct?

Weren't there other el niñae since then that we're all basically busts? I'll believe it when it happens.

If we have an actual rainy season I'll likely ride less because all the extra work to stay dry, leave extra early and deal with our horrible other drivers and roads just make it too much of a hassle.
