yeah, they have been around for a bit, and I rode, and laughed, when I rode the lunch_box bike at a StonyBARF.

Today I went on a real ride on my pal's wife bike.

OMG. I am buying an "Intense Tazer MX Pro" or something, tomorrow. It is more fun than riding dry dusty washboard trails on my Alta.

Plus, I might find a new circle of friends to bring to the BARF.

Two of my brothers, both ride motorcycles cycles, took a long test ride in the coast mountains of a couple electric mountain bikes made by Santa Cruz. They absolutely loved them.

Next up, if you wave to a 3 wheeler that looks like a bike, do you wave to one that looks like a car? :dunno

I bought an e-mtb this year. So much fun. I'll never go back to normal bikes. When I pass peeps going uphill, I think "Yeah I sold my soul, so what?!"

Why!,,, a used jeep DRZ. or Mercedes is cheaper? E bikes should be alot less!....

Yeah, I love my (non MB) e'bike far more than I thought and was surprised that despite assist the workout is no less as well as I can now tackle hills I avoided before.

This is the part that's hard to explain to some people - my workouts are just as hard as on my acoustic bike. I can burn 500cal going x-miles or 500cal going 2x-miles, providing much more variety in routes to explore, including hills/grades I'd have avoided on shorter rides.

I had never heard of that fact until after I owned the bike to be honest.

Word needs to get out for sure, weird that manufacturers aren't talking about it.
