Epic BARF Thread

I've started a few threads on BARF in hope of getting a lot of response. I have to admit, most threads I've started have been metiocre at best. I want to write a thread that evokes emotion, passion, something that compells people to post a response if not several responses. What type of subject will evoke 20 pages of heated discussion?

My question is this. What type of thread is going to get an epic response? Please don't hold back on your opinions. Someday I hope to start that epic thread.

I am serious about wanting to start an epic thread. I will head your advice and check out the best of BARF, however I do have quite a sense of humor and just can't turn down an opportunity for a good chuckle.

I've been on several bay area music boards, you can talk all the smack you want about this band or that and no one will care. but you start a thread about food and it's guaranteed to go on for at least a week or two. best burrito, best BBQ, best cities for ethnic food, west coast vs east coast street food.

after all, who really cares about music or bikes? wimminz in the kitchen making sammiches (or some other kind of easily ingested foodstuff that just needs a paper plate or a napkin to be served up) is what life is really all about.
