Fake RS Taichi ?

from r6-forum.com:
Hey guys, I recently purchased a couple pairs of RS Taichi GP-WRX gloves off eBay from a guy in china. Paid 150 bucks for both of them. Now I know what you guys are thinking, "its obvious they are fakes just from the price alone". I know that and that is the reason I purchased them. I saw it as a win win situation. Either I got a really nice deal on a couple pairs of nice gloves, or the more likely, they are fake and I can create a dispute with Pay Pal and I will get my money back and they will have me destroy the fakes and save someone's else's hands that doesn't know the truth of the gloves. I even specifically asked if they were guaranteed authentic and he said yes, so if I did have to dispute with pay pal.

Well things didnt work out exactly as I planned. Pay Pal wants me to pay return shipping to China for the fake gloves that I received, and ship them back in order to get my refund.

I'm looking into getting a pair of RS Taichi GP-WRXs too, but the real kind lol

I shopped around and it seems as if RS Taichi themselves dictates the pricing so stores cannot sell it cheaper than MSRP (according to SBTG)

Yeah .. I'm looking for good gloves on a budget but I'm not risking my hand buying fakes.

Thanks for diggin up that quote.

I recommend everyone who reads this thread and has a eBay account take the 30 seconds it takes to click the report item link on the eBay page and flag it as a counterfeit item. Ebay would take it down if enough people flagged it. Probably save someone's skin.
