FAT 32 error

I bought a new hard drive and a new laptop tonight. Done.

Pete, I didn't have very many programs checked under the start up menu. I unchecked a few. We'll see if that helps.
 
I've never had a laptop, so this should be interesting.

tips to make it last 2x longer...

1: blow out the fans every couple months (give a quick burst into anything that looks like a vent, cans of air FTW)
2:if it leaves the house, get a GOOD case with at least 3/8" think padding
3: do not cover the bottom vents
4: when you set it down be gentle, VERY gentle dont let it fall the last 1/4 inch off your finger tips.

all my laptops have been replaced because they where slow, never because they stopped working, it seems to work :p
 
Laptop is cool.

New hard drive is cool too.

It was a bunch of time to get it all set up and even more money, but worth it. And back-ups...man, am I glad I made so many! And I still forgot a couple of things. Fortunately we've got an external drive here at the house, so we plugged in the old drive and pulled off the few things that I needed. :thumbup
