Surprisingly, Tennessee does not require you to explain the meaning when ordering the plate.

My plates finally arrived. Bought the car in November of last year...just got the plates a couple weeks ago.

"EMFORE"

So I guess you can stick me in 2nd place on your list.

It'd be better if I was 4th though...
