And the reactions of the people on the sidewalk, especially the "boy" in the Castro gasping, hand over his heart as if he had died and gone to heaven. Men on motorcycles in kilts.

Kilting improved my form!

yep, it was fun! I dunno about everyone else, but riding in a mini-kilt, surrounded by guys in kilts on bikes, well, I didn't feel cold all day, it was just too damn exciting. And I live in LA so I should have been freezing. Everyone was really nice and I'll definitely make the trek again next year.
