We know at least one BARFer that had a 'close encounter' w/ flushable wipes :green

Officials with the District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority say that more than 500 man-hours have been devoted over the past 12 months to removing stuck wipes and repairing broken equipment. Anne Arundel County, Md. officials blame wipes on a 35 percent jump in broken pumps and clogged sewer lines over the past several years.

The wipes also contribute to blockages that cause sewage to overflow into streams and back up into basements.

OK, let's hear it - who uses them? I don't. Be honest...

I had to google them............One Wipe Charlies ???wtf???......another waste of $$$ for something that's already available.

I'm sure they're fine just don't flush them. Like pretty much everywhere outside the western world, just keep a small trash can next to the toilet for disposal

We really shouldn't be flushing ANYTHING other than human waste

And jewelry, I like it when people flush jewelry

What about when the cops are pounding on the door and you need to flush a baggie of something?

Great, so keep a can full of fecal particles sitting around festering for several days. No thanks.

You can take the trash out more than twice weekly .......

...... slacker :twofinger

You take the trash out daily? That makes no sense. How much stuff are you possibly going to have in there after only one day?

So I guess you either:
A) Take out the entire bag + contents = more plastic bags in landfills.
B) Transfer the contents of multiple trash cans into one = Conserving trash bags, but you're still leaving behind fecal particles on the bathroom bag.

No, please enlighten me.
Besides, you should be using a bidet.

I guess maybe I'm just the only one that thinks the companies that make these things (which, frankly, are a million times better than regular TP) and claim they are flushable should actually make sure they're fucking flushable...

Somewhat telling that people all want to throw blame on the folks that use them as opposed to the manufacturers that say you can flush them.
