I don't own the place. Rent is bartered. We help take care of the horses and property in exchange for a room.

I still have to slug at my day job. So between work, horses, and class, and my training (often times mixed together), I have little spare time. And I love it.

Awesome! I am renting a little house on a 2 acre property and I love it. Non stop work for no pay haha but someday I hope to own my own ranch.
