That is a real photo. But it is a dolphin not a shark. Dolphins are known to surf the inside of waves like that.
 
I was just going to say, fin is in the wrong direction to be a shark.

Sharks have Vertical rear fins, Dolphins have Horizontal.
 
Yea I was also going to say that ain't a shark. the tail fin is flatter and the mid fin is too curvy.
