Young folks out riding these eBikes always seem to have the biggest smiles. Whether they are solo, in a group or riding double, sometimes triple, they appear to be having a blast. The Surron crew take it to another level and can be spotted routinely doing manuals were ever and whenever they feel the need.

What a fun indoctrination to the world of motorcycles.

I love seeing these kids! The complaints on nextdoor are reminiscent of my young girl days. Glad to see kids outside having a blast on 2?wheels.

I live in Almaden and there are tons of those kids on ebikes around.
Yes...this is the next generation motorcyclists coming out from the eggshells :)
My concern, they hardly have any gear on.....some bicycle helmets and thats about it.
Always make sure to pop a wheelie for the kids :)

Kids love wheelies; kids especially love them when tt

He rider turns out to be their Aunt or grandmother

Note for future, if you get popped for doing a wheelie, let the officer know you did it for a kid :angel

We’re gonna be free we’re gonna have a party!!

Ride on you e-bike hooligans!

bikes like these are no longer classified as bicycles. . Didn't California just make a law about this? they're basically motorcycles... okay.

if it has a throttle or removable pedals, it's not a legal bicycle apparently :dunno

Yeah, the new CA Ebike laws are knarly!! Well over 95% of them on the streets are now illegal. We have yet to see how this pans out, will existing owners be grandfathered in, time will tell? In several communities LEO's are cracking down and at times impounding bikes.

I hope she loses. The kid modified the bike anyway, and she was ignorant about the law. It's their responsibility to comply with the school's policy as well.

Why is it I knew she would be from Marin County? I have no tolerance for parents who blame anyone but themselves.

Some kids are just rats by nature too. It's unfortunate corporal punishment isn't permitted.
