off the top of my head
Jet kit---eliminates surging and adds some juice
Pipe---adds some noise and some juice
Suspension---this should really be the first mod because the suspension is set up for Danny Pedrosa
Tune up---a good carb synch helps the bike out a bunch.

Suspension, rear shock, fork springs and internals, steering dampner, steel braided brake lines, hi-flo airfilter and jet kit if it hasn't been done already, tires maybe(may I recomend Michelin Pilot Powers for fun and Metzler Z6's for miles+fun) Other than that they pretty much kick ass to begin with.
