Guitar Hero 3

Okay, so, um...

Did anybody else see the Dragonforce song on Expert and just start crying?
 
It just looks like a wall of buttons!!!!
 
I'm actually a lefty and am going to create a lefty profile to see if that helps me get past shitty. Normally after 3 songs my left hand feels like I been through a trackday of heavy clutching at Sears Point.

And BTW- Lars Umlaut don't play no Pat Benetar!

i decided to try an xbox live game yesterday for the first time, and guess what song the fucker chose for our face-off? that's right... dragonforce. now i literally have a blister on my thumb, and i blame him (and that song) for that.
 
Im just awaiting for rock band, I have done the guitar thing long enough. Bring on the drums baby

And for those of you who havnt heard of the gh2 mods you can do which include swaping the charts and the songs and creating a custom disc with almost any song you want. Suggest you check it out, I Have been playing ONE for like 2 months now with the real song. and some pantara, motley crue, ACDC, thunderstuck is a biaaatch, iron maidens run for the hills And I even have the theme song from south park lol. It seems like a pain in the ass to do but once you have all the programs and know what you doing its really quick and easy. there is a part 1 and 2

So up until now I've been playing on Hard, and getting at least 90% on every song and 4 stars.

I just failed "3s and 7s" like 3 times in a row. WTF is wrong with me. Jesus.

ok, i have to brag because i just got the coolest achievement ever. i was playing a very heated pro face-off against someone on live (which included 'in flames- take this life' and yes, dragonforce again). they kicked my ass on dragonforce, but i actually beat them on in flames, and then it said i unlocked the "meet your maker" achievement.

i checked it out, and that achievement is for "beating one of the creators of guitar hero 3 at their own game". :wow FUCK yeah! :rofl

i played one of the creators of GH3, and won (one song). i can now die with a sense of fulfillment. :teeth
