HadesOmega's WR250E Trail Attack Bike Build

Learning that EBMX X-9000 V2 is not compatible with 23S 84V Batteries. It not big though deal because I ordered 72V batteries.

Bricked EBMX X-9000 Aftermath and Mid February 2025 Update
 
I got the controller replaced under warranty by EBMX but it didn't come with a heatsink so I have to swap the heatsink from the bricked controller to the new one
 
Thanks to Gritshift and Bridger from EBMX I was able to get my EBMX Controller replaced under warranty. After swapping the heatsinks it's time to instal the replacement controller.

New Set of KKE Wheels

Setting up the new wheels, I found out my small torque wrench was broke and not clicking at the right torque
 
I purchased this copy of the Baja No Pinch Tool on Amazon and used it to install the tires on the new wheels. The Sporgain Dirt Bike tire installation tool.

Installing Rear Shinko E705 Tire. This tire is a huge pain in the butt to install, it's very stiff. This is the test to see if this tool will install the tire without pinching the tube.

Tusk Enduro Lighting Saga - Yeah it took me a while to get the lighting working. So since this is a legit dual sport, if I want to ride this bike on the street I have to get the street legal lighting for it. Fortunately the EBMX X-9000 V2 has a 12V output you can use to power lighting!

Keyed Ignition Switch - The previous owner cut the stock ignition switch so I used that spot to add a new two wire ignition switch inline to the kill switch
