A quick check on Google Translate indicates Apex does translate as-is for French, German, Italian, Spanish and Swedish. Doubtless others also.

It's not surprising to see the best helmet names duplicated among manufacturers. For example Bell and Shoei both have a Hornet. Generally the manufacturer name is part of the trademarked name, so that's not an issue.
