I was walking around the hood by my office in SF and saw a storefront with cool old motos in it and thought hey motorcycle gear right? anyway it was that website that someone posted on here a while back I had a flyer Asphalt and Rubber something like that. They have a store now or two the other is in Pasadena, the website was cool when i saw it surfing and motos two of my favorite passions, so I popped in and not a gear shop but a full on hipster look a like gear shop. So no real gear just $50 tee's and trendy open face helmets for your beard to stick out of and jean jackets and of course linemen boots.
So the kids that worked there were nice did not own bikes but would like to at some point, and they invited me or US to there open house party Sat night from 5-10 pm so go get some free beer (walking of course or Bart) and free coffee and they have some bands to boot. One can even get the smallest hipster accoutrement such as a pricey pocket knife or pocket watch to complete the look.
BTW its on the corner of Columbus where Washington and Montgomery meet well not the corner that is an art gallery, right across from the Scientology Building you can join that while there.
