When you say "pure", do you mean the methylenedioxy or the methamphetamine part?

I had a cousin that did just about everything, E being his drug of choice along his social circles. Funny thing was that he prided himself by saying "I do everything but rocks." Heeeello? What part of METHAMPHETAMINE don't you understand? Obviously not the "MA" part of MDMA.

MDMA and "meth" are different compounds with different reations in the body. Sure, MDMA has the word "methamphetamine" in it, it's actually a different compound than what people refer to as "meth". MDMA is a compound of amphetamine and, while it has similar molecules and structure as "meth", is has different effects. For example, aspirin and cocaine are chemically very similar but have very different reactions in the body as they are broken down.

Meth laced ecstacy is not a new thing and it helps cut the cost. Meth is certainly not the only cheap “filler” added to ecstasy (ephedrine, dextromethorphan, strychnine, etc) but the last time I checked it wasn't exactly regulated by the FDA ;)

There are many articles on the intarweb about MDMA and its structure, similarities to "meth", and how "E" is being cut with "meth".

It's whatever the market will bear and the market is growing so the prices have come down... ;)
 
Mmmm, I disagree. Methamphetamine is the other component of that chemical make-up, hence the name MDMA. It's also the generic name for E, just like Acetaminophen is for Tylenol.

Where do you think all that energy to dance all night long comes from?

If anything, aside from the MA part, it's in a different form.

Fair enough. I'm interested in learning how MDMA is the same as methamphetamine in both biological response and chemical structure. I understand they are different - similar but different.

Any biochemists in the house so two motorcycle riders don't debate the chemical structure? :p

It's only a date rape drug when booze gets involved. When I've taken it, I just drink soda or water. And I've never given it to anyone else. However one of the girls I was with did it (and actually was the person who gave it to us). Funny though, the bartender accidentaly gave her a Rum and coke instead of diet coke. So you do have to be careful at a bar or club, for even an honest accidental mixup. Gotta make sure to smell your drinks if htey are mixed, or only drink bottled water.

Well, you've found the problem with many of these drugs -- not much solid research! All are from reputable (mostly) sources but I'm not a biochemist so I'm just applying a few years of chem and bio classes in college to try to understand at a deeper level.

Try looking into steroids - it's even worse!

street prices to someone else's friend:
$15-$20

street prices to friends:
$10-$15

"boats" can be had for as little as $2-$3 a piece.


For a stranger asking for one or two pieces, rip them for $20 a piece.

Groups of friends usually get together and buy 10-14 pieces. At this point, "homie" and "quantity" come into play so prices get knocked down to around $10 a piece... $100-$140.

Boats are 1k pieces in a single order.

"street" value of 20 "found" pieces? I'd put at $200 figuring that amount had to come from a friend/dealer. Doesn't matter for distribution or for random sale, that's what the owner is out. Maximum potential for sale? $400 at $20/pc.

Or so I'm told.
 
humm....3 or 4 years back they "were $25 a pop. Now it can be had for $2-$5a single pill without buying boats.

if your talking about pure E (mollies) they are $20 a pop and these are made by bio people.

I know they have fourm talking about who makes the pure "mollies" without all that extra stuff. nuff said. =)

I will never do LSD. Too many lingering side effects and unknown possibilities.

To be honest, I have no real desire to try E again either. But it's definitely a rad drug.

GHB is the best thing ever invented, as far as I can tell. :D
