How should Rossi honor SIC at valencia?

OK....Here it goes. My first post about Sic.
In trying to turn such a tragedy into a good memory of him, I'd like to see all three podium standees wearing 'Marco wigs'.

I think BARF should honor him with a Marco icon. A little face with a BreathRite across the nose and a big red 'fro. :teeth

Easy answer. Any way he wants. Vale is a personal friend, and perhaps is some ways was a mentor to Super Sic.

I read reports that Vale flew back to Italy on the same plane that Marco's body was on. Rossi is certainly grieving.

I think Rossi should ride Sic's bike and kick ass!

Ducati :twofinger

Rock a special Sic inspired helmet and then go out and win the race

Matter of fact, an even better class act than Rossi rocking Simoncelli's helmet for the Valencia race, is for ALL of the grid to rock Simoncelli's helmet for the race. It'd be a great show of solidarity for one of their own, even from their personal helmet sponsors. Hell, their helmet sponsors (Nolan, Shoei, HJC, etc.) could even do their own Simoncelli replica for their riders...
This and

This :thumbup

Considering stoner will probably take poll like usual. I like the missing man idea. Stoner should volunteer to start at the back of the grid. No harm done.

They raced after Kato died, they'll race after Marco. They're going to be there anyway. Aoyama will race.

+2 in this house.

sitting up in bed on Sun night reading while the GF was sleeping on here side facing me. she calmly opened her eyes and I felt her looking at me. with a tear sliding down her nose she said "they should give him pole" and closed her eyes.

cool GF :thumbup

Julian Ryder tweeted a call for a 'Moment of Noise' - all riders, all bikes.

Seems fittingly powerful.

Correction: Paolo Simoncelli requested it and he asked for ALL bikes in all classes.

Even more fitting.

thats loud as fuck lol I wonder if thats even legal

It would be in Spain. Of course it's legal..! :thumbup

Damn. It's going to feel strange watching another race... :(

Dunno bout Rossi, but the wifey and I are going to honor Sic by having "Talk like Simoncelli, talking in English" day(s)

[supersic]"Ahhh,......well, Spies pass me on interior,....so,.....I....ahhhh,.....try pass him back,......and I success"[/supersic]

what is that, 80+ bikes revving like crazy...?
i get goosebumps at the start of the 15+ motogp start, can't imagine the epicness of all the classes revving... it's going to be awesome...

nobody will say it because nobody but you wants this. rossi retiring in no way would honor simoncelli. and if you think that rossi is slow now or he's lost his "edge" or whatever you're getting at, shows that you really don't know what you're talking about. furthermore, checa never faded away. in fact, he came back harder than anyone could have ever imagined. i'm not too sure you're really keeping up with this sport.

that being said, if you're trolling then you win... good job.

what i mean is leaving the premiere class with a bad year, not getting the factory ride because it was contracted out already, having to ride and push the envelop with a un-competitive bike. Finishing his career in GP with not such a highlightable year for him - this i dont want. And seriously if he keeps competing on un-competitve bikes, wtf, its like when will he go to WSBK and ride a factory ride and have a battling chance for the wsbk title.......

i dont think biaggi or checa chose to go to wsbk over MotoGP.... no they couldnt get a ride that they wanted, and took the ride that had a better chance to battle for the title of that series....

funny you call me a troll since this is my 2nd post on this thread..... lol this is my opinion and i dont think ducati will make leaps and bounds next year vs the japanese bikes that have been making 1000cc inline 4's since forever.

According to MotoGP website Capirossi will carry #58 for his final race in MotoGP. Seems fitting.
