Huge explosion in Texas.

I don't believe it was deliberate, sometimes shit happens.

In the news today -- these are all smaller, sure, but good examples.

From Michigan:

1 killed, 1 critically injured in Dexter holding tank explosion
Methane gas explosion kills 1 man, injures another at Dexter Utilities Department

A little closer to home:

RICHMOND (CBS SF) - A refrigerator repairman suffered a serious cut to his hand after a pipe exploded and started leaking Freon gas at a Richmond grocery store Monday afternoon, the Richmond fire chief said.

Fire crews were called to the Foods Co at 1250 Macdonald Ave. around 2:15 p.m. after a minor explosion and Freon leak in a refrigeration unit at the store, fire Chief Michael Banks said.

Indy:

INDIANAPOLIS – Investigators have ruled out all accidental causes following a weekend explosion at an east side apartment complex.

The explosion sparked a fire at the Rowney Terrace Apartments located at 1451 S. Bancroft St. late Saturday night. When crews arrived, they found thick smoke billowing from one of the apartments. No one was home and there were no injuries. Four apartments had to be evacuated because of structural damage.

Also over the weekend:

BAYONNE, N.J. (CBSNewYork) – Two New Jersey men accused of causing explosions at an apartment building appeared in court on Monday.

As CBS 2’s Derricke Dennis reported, police said Christopher Ziobro, 21, and Ghaias Mirza, 18, were allegedly in Ziobro’s third-floor apartment on West 33rd Street in Bayonne, when they allegedly dropped their makeshift bomb on the fire escape and it ended up on the ground.

A bit further from home:

A soldier from the Upstate has died from injuries suffered in an explosion in Afghanistan.

Pfc. Barrett Austin, a 20-year-old who was born in Dacusville and lived near Savannah, Ga., before a recent deployment, will be remembered fondly, said Max Monroe, assistant principal of Pickens High School.

The Department of Defense confirmed in a statement that Austin died in Landstuhl, Germany, after being injured Wednesday by an explosive device in the Wardak Province in Afghanistan.

BEIJING – China's state news agency says a coal mine explosion has killed 18 and injured 12 in the northeast part of the country.

By the way...this is all on the first page on Google news, provided I search for "explosion -Texas"

Things do happen out there, people. Doesn't mean there's any conspiracy.
