hydraulic press pressure gauge/meter question

Yeah I need the 20 ton I really need a 30 ton press but I can get away with a 20 ton press I need the H frame
Shop press with a gauge some of my notes need about 18 ton of pressure..that’s why I need one with a gauge on it..

How do you hook it up to a shop press that don’t have a gauge already on it
I don’t know anything about shop presses..I just know I can use a 20 ton shop press no smaller..but I do need a gauge on it,I just can’t wing it without a gauge

You have two options. One is to put it in between the tool, and the press, and the other is to buy a cheep press that uses a double shaft. The HF presses are perfect because they have an upright bottle jack, and a downward facing piston. You simply put the gage between the bottle jack and the top of the frame. Inversely you'll be able to acquire all the data you need.

To better explain, the gauge I linked is the equivalent of a tiny bathroom scale that is filled with hydrolic fluid. When it's placed in between anything it can read the pressure it is experiencing up to 20,000 pounds. This reading instrument would be placed at the point where the press pushes against the H frame giving you the extremely accurate information you require on a budget.

Thanks. Luckily for you my abhorrence to proofread my phone comments gives people like yourself something to do. I mean if you're entirely incapable of actually finding a solution of any kind, the least you can do in life is correct other people's iPhone auto correct mistakes. It must be nice to not feel completely useless or once. That has to be a nice change for you and your loved ones.
