.........but I feel that I'm too weak to wrestle with my Pit Bull Spooled Forward Handle Motorcycle stand. https://www.pit-bull.com/motorcycle-stands/spooled-forward-handle-rear-motorcycle-stand-f0043-000

This thing has always been a challenge and now I hurt my shoulder, and I feel that it is too risky for me to try and wrestle my ZRX1200 onto it. I'm thinking about getting a front wheel chock, that I can bolt to my garage floor and roll my front wheel onto it. This is what I'm thinking about getting. Any ideas/thoughts?

The forward handle stands have always been harder to use for me...leverage point issue IMO. A dual spooled rear stand has always been the easiest. Wheel chalks are great, but be careful with hot tires going into the chalk. When they cool, they stick.

Had one of these for my Z900RS. Loved it. Super stable and easy to use. I'm 71 and not as strong as used to be too. (Sold the bike. Too much fun. Made me stupid.).......https://abbastandsusa.com/product-detail.asp?item=superbike-stand&pid=1

Also, those roll-on-front-wheel are great but getting the wheel back out of it takes a bit of muscle and care.

I was struggling with my XR1200 and got the extended handle seen in your link. I can now lift the bike more easily and confidently by myself.

That particular wheel chock IS problematic. The front wheel is very hard to release. Dumped it and got a Baxley unit that’s a joy to use.

The ABBA stand is really something. I'm very impressed by how they work. Last time I was traveling in the UK, a mobile tire fitter came out to the hotel where I was staying to put new tires on my bike, and used one to get both wheels off the ground for the work. Slick as a whistle. IMG_20230903_161437163_HDR.jpg
