I need help with a crappy dealer..

I will also add if this becomes a legal matter, having this thread on a public forum is a bad idea. You will want to scrub all traces of public discussion ASAP as he could already be printing this out. Not that you did or said anything wrong or incriminating, but that is the advice I have seen legal professionals give in the past on legal matters. Keep it OFF public forums.

FYI BBB is completely useless, I don't know why people tend to recommend them. They're a private company that has no legal authority. It would be like writing to Yelp letting them know one of the restaurants on their site has treated you badly.

1. Filed a fraud complaint with DMV
2. Called and filed a formal complaint with the AG.
3. Sent a detailed complaint to the BBB.
4. Downloaded all forms for the county court where the transaction took place. I have a friend that will file for me.
5. Send Mr. Bob a registered letter of demand.

Lets see what happens. If he does not comply and it does come down to a law suit, it gives me an excuse to take my kid to the peterson auto museum..

They may not have teeth, but they have resources and can point a person with issues in the right direction.

worst case, you can always post his contact info in all the... lively craigslist personals forums and caus death by 10,000 papercuts don't do that, it's probably illegal

Looks like he finally got the hint that what he was doing was not legal. Im not sure if it was the DMV complaint or the BBB complaint or the fraud complaint I filed with the AG.

The other day I recieved a USPS priority package with a nice tidy bundle of paper work and a very kind hand written letter telling me that "I am a horriable person and that I will burn in hell for my sins"

I will never again do business with Dr Bob of Trump motorsports from southen Ca.

I have also learned my lesson, NO TITLE NO CASH..

He didnt want to send the paper work until I gave him a formal apology for being an asshole. Yeah I was an ass hole, but only after months and months of not being able to register the bike. After al that crap is was a clean title with no issues

This doesn't really jive with "very kind hand written letter telling me that "I am a horriable person and that I will burn in hell for my sins"". Either he acted improperly, or not.

Also, what did you do that made you an asshole? Unkind words? Actually demanding your legal documents? Did you ever find out why he was freaking out about you suing him?

"Hey I spent months giving this guy the run-around legally and professional and then he used mean words with me, I demanded his apology before I gave him what was legally his" ?
