While we do enforce the TOS, we also ensure your right to voice your opinions when their expressions are not in conflict with the TOS... That means if some Internet nutjob demands your suspension, to go along with their own, when your posting didn't cross the TOS line, we would refuse your suspension even if the said nutjob threatens physical harms to us and our families. This happened. And you were the target.

As you should. You want a medal for doing the right thing? Why would I be suspended for not violating the terms of service?

Look, I have nothing against you, and barely know Jimbei. As I told another mod via PM, I would have posted this thread as "I love Naked Bikes" and kept it at that. I never objectify women in any way, because I respect women in general, and my fellow women riders in particular.

This is not about me or my beliefs. Although I would say you are trying hard now to make it that.



I stated my opinion, and replied to all (however many) mods there are.
I will now respect your decision in this thread and happily be on my marry way.

It would be nice however if you could just agree to staying clear of the Mods is not rocket science. If we all had more common sense, maybe it isn't necessary to have finely specified rules. No enforcement is ever perfect or consistent. No ruling is ever perfect. So what?! Do you agree with every decision handed down by the Supreme Court? Probably not.

Well if people didn't spend time challenging the mods the forums would be alot smoother. If any of you had a sibling at all when you were younger you know how it is. If you just ignore it and just keep posting stuff thats relevent to the thread then we wont have these 5+ page long arguments that really go nowhere. All that needed to happen was to after they posted that he was suspended for however many days it was, to just say " Ok " and to move back to the topic. There are many other avenues to excercise if anyone has any issues about the forums. Doing it on the threads is just a waste of a thread and a waste of time

Can't agree with you more. I just think that all the back and forth between people who won't change their opinions about it is pointless. But anyways back to the topic

I'm a big fan of the bandits. I like the naked version over the full bodied ones. Not sure why I just think it gives it more of that cleaner look.

In defense of da BARF and the Mod's.......usually it does not come down to what "they" see as appropriate, most likely trying to keep things on the cleaner side for marketing purposes...plus, you have to put some kind of noose on the nudity or it would get out of control....the internet has already proved that.


Now, going on offense against BARF.............please stop banning the entertaining TOS tempters and just stick to the baiters/blatant shit talkers and people going out of their way to be douchy, on purpose. There is a fine line between keeping the site PC enough to market and turning it into a boring constantly patrolled site.

I wouldn't want to be a mod, somebody has to do it.......this case (maybe I should look at the pics first......but they are not prominent and I can make the personal decision to view/not view....went with the latter since I am at work...) seems to be a bit aggressive on the 21 day thing.....but, 3 times in 3 weeks......I think we might need all of the material in question posted up again so we can make our decisions independently....
