If you had $10k to spend on a bike....

Hookers and blow baby.. I have three motorcycles already..
 
$10K? On a budget, eh?

Fuck, I don't know, really. I recently bought what I was wanting, KTM 950 SM for 2/3rds that, next I believe it's going to be a Tuono V4, but that's $15000 or so OTD. Used Streetfighter Ducati? I'd like a Multistrada 1200S, but those are still over $10k.

A couple 2 or 3 cheaper bikes. ZRX1200 is about $3500, maybe less. You can find a 525 or 300 2 stroke KTM for $3500 or less, that's 2, you can find an old Triumph for 2 or 3 thou, if that's what your wanting. In fact, I looked at about a 68 Triumph Trophy Trail 500 last week for $3000, or it might have been $3500, which I thought was a bit high. In fact, I'm probably fucking stupid for even thinking about one of those, but I'm sort of interested. I've had a couple old Bonnevilles, and in truth, they suck, but are kind of neat, nonetheless.

Fuck, I still don't know.
 
For me, it would probably be a new KTM 500 EXC. :drool

That or a TE511 with some nice farkles.

Probably that, or a Tuono for the hills, or a Honda ST1300 for touring. If I could make up my mind what I wanted to use my bike for

Now that I'm rich, I can afford that Vee that we all know every Wee owner would have bought if (s)he wasn't poor.
 
Every time I spend $10k on a bike, the universe punishes me to even it out, so I'm a pass.:teeth
But I'll continue to lust after any KTM 690s or BMW800GSs that pass by.:ride

Or a Griso
Or Futura and a dual sport.
Or a metal tanked monster and stuff (probably another bike, suspension mods too).
Or an ST3 and stuff.
Maybe a Norge and a cheep dual sport.
Maybe a 690 Enduro or SM.
Sooo many possible ideas.
 
It will be one of these 3.

1.Ducati 848
2.Triumph Daytona 675r
3.Give a Asian hottie a boob job.

yea, tooth fairy needs to adjust for inflation and recent electronic advances. How about an under $20K budget? :laughing
 
Saw the Griso mentioned above, and a used Griso with a pipe and chip would be great. Another option would be a 950 ADV with two sets of wheels (AKA, the Slackmeyer Special).
