Is a non-serviceable shock disposable?

Is a non serviceable shock considered, like, a consumable? Like a brake pad or clutch?

I have a KTM 1190 S and cant service the rear shock like on the R models. So do I just throw this $2400 part in the trash at 30,000 miles miles and get a new one? What's the service interval on it, like infinity? This is KTMs flagship bike. It has electronically adjustable suspension.

Its the stocker. I believe it is made by WP. The logo isn't affixed on the shock itself.

I've serviced a non-serviceable shock, nothing as fancy as what you have. I'd call up Superplush or other reputable suspension shop.

I pulled the boingers from both ends and dropped them off at SuperPlush. They could only do the fronts.

Anyone have access to a KTM dealership service tech/manual?

I would be curious as to the service interval and procedure the factory suggests.

It can be serviced. Problem is if it needs parts outside of seals and o-rings, may not be available.
