Not sure this is a dumb question or not, I have an 07 zx6r starting to have trouble starting. Usually it take one push the bike would start but for the pass couple weeks I have to hold the starter for 2-3 second and give it some gas to start it. Not sure what's the problem here, could it be something clogging the fuel injector? Will adding some gas treatment to clean up the injector help or make it worse?

Using Carb/Injector cleaner fuel treatment is OK. It dissolves fuel deposits in the fuel system. Especially when using off brand gasoline that don't put cleaning additives in the gas like brand name gas stations do.

Clean or change sparkplugs. Makes biggest difference in starting. Try some Iridium sparkplugs they stay starting easier for more miles then stock. Don't forget to check the gaps on the new plugs.

Air filter cleaned or replaced. Adjust the idle to 1100 rpms. Low idle makes for hard starting.

Weak battery that has a bad cell or two causes trouble starting. It drops to a lower voltage under the load of starting. Good battery stay near its peak voltage.

Throttle body synchronizing helps smooth out idle and lower range rpm.

Has the bike been sitting for a long time? If not, then it will do you no good. It is intended for long term storage of gas.

Your problem sounds more likley the battery needing a charge or change

Okay I changed out the air filter, charged the battery, and oil changed. Start the bike and started like a charm. Thanks guys, next check and clean spark plug this weekend.
