Or should I change the chain? I just got this ride and it is my first chain drive bike. I just cleaned it. Haven't lubed it yet. None of the links are stuck they all rotate ok.

As long as they aren't sticking and there are no tight spots when spinning the rear wheel I wouldn't be too concerned.

This. Wipe it down with WD40 to clean it and then lube it. Keep it lubed.
 
It's a water displacement, but a very poor lubricant. It's an excellent cleaner.
 
Wd40 will dissolve light rust.
