If Dunlop wins all three he would be at 30 wins and nobody has won 3 in a day before.
He would also tie Hutchy for 5 in the week.

600 SS is just two laps this time. No pit stops.

First check point shows Dunlop (Yamaha) leading Todd (Ducati), Hillier (Kaw) and Harrison (Honda) all within a second. Hicky (Tri) was 5th but already a few seconds down.

Dunlops bike is fast.. top speed of 171.656 which is faster than all, with most in the high 160's.

The race is only 75 miles today total and at the 25.7 mark Harrison has passed Hillier and Todd has slipped off Dunlop by 1.5 secs with the run over the mountain coming up!

Dunlop has almost made up the entire 10 second gap on Hillier before the Bungalow check point.

By the Bungalow Dunlop has stretched the gap over Todd. Harrison is solid in third and Hicky has moved into 4th.

Dunlop was held up by Hillier over the mountain and Harrison has moved into second by the finish line and within a second of Dunlop.

Dunlop is back to 1.8 over Harrison by Glen Helen and hauling the mail!
By Ballaugh Bridge his 3.254 ahead. Todd is 1.5 behind Harrison. Coward is tucked in behind Harrison and using him to make time. He is now just .5 behind Hicky in the battle for top Triumph.

5 guys now recording top speeds over 170 and the Duc is fastest!

Dunlop up by 4.621 at Ramsey Hairpin.
Todd slipped back to 1.9 by Bungalow and Coward has passed Hicky for 4th.
Chasing Harrison is paying off!

The order remained until the end and Dunlop has won his 6th straight SS race and now has 28 wins! Congrats!

Twins is fun. The lower speeds mean they are flat out in many places that the bigger bikes are not.
Hearing the throttle pinned is pretty cool.

2/3 of the way through Lap 1 shows some newbie named Dunlop out ahead again. :p
1717872748820.pngMike Browne on the Ape is right on Cowards time and Coward seems to be having an issue and is slowing.

Soon Coward slips out of the standings and it is Herbertsen that is challenging Brown for the Podium spot. The Ape is down some 8mph on top speed though and that might hurt him.

While Dunlop is chasing lap records on Lap two. He is up by 3 seconds with 20 miles to go and trying for the first ever 123mph lap as well.

While a lap record was done and dusted Mike Browne was happy I am sure as he was credited with a 3rd.

The first sector time shows Hicky out front by .1 over Davey Todd. Dunlop caught traffic early. Hicky had 3 gap spots in front of him (30 seconds) so that means no traffice for a while.

By Ballaugh Hicky had 1.5 in his pocket. Todd took a minute to get by Josh Brooks who's top speed was 206!!! :wow 10mph faster than Dunlop...!

Hicky has the lead entering the Ramsey Hairpin. His time from Ballaugh to Ramsey was the fastest every in that sector.

Over the mountain Dunlop is coasting... race done. No 3rd win today.

Hicky has the lead after one lap. That blur is Ian Hutchenson. :laughing

Michael Browne on an Aprilia RSV4 is looking good in the top 10.
Then news on Hickman.. he fell off and was able to walk away.
That leaves Todd with a 19 sec lead over Brooks at the Bungalow.

Word is that Hickman walked into a pub :laughing I doubt he has any cash on him and I doubt that he would need any to get a pint. I must say I enjoy the commentators. :teeth

Even though he lost time in the pits he is ripping it up in 2nd place.

At Ramsey Todd has 32.384 on Brooks who has 12 on Harrison.

A big week for Todd with his Superstock win and now the big one.

Brookes with a solid 2nd, Harrison 3rd, Hillier and OG John McGuiness a top 5! 🎉

Browne brought the Ape home 6th. Nice.

I have several friends that won't subscribe, but are interested enough I felt if I showed them how bad ass the race is they might up their interest. I really love the history, theory and passion that surrounds this race.

So little sort of play by play with the new software was easy to do and I enjoyed the heck out of it.

Hope a few others who might not be all in enjoyed it too. :Port
