SEOUL, South Korea (AP) — North Korean television announces in a "special broadcast" that its leader Kim Jong Il has died in Pyongyang. He was 69.
 
"Was a genius for playing the weak hand..."

What? He wasn't a genius, he was just too megalomaniacal NOT to do whatever the fuck he wanted, and the UN is just too spineless and too much of a "We're so civilized!" circle jerk to comprehend the stupendous size of the fuck he did not give about what they thought.
 
I heard one of his sons is normal and tried to run away after he went to school at a good Euro country. Did the dearly departed ever free the Italian movie stars he kidnapped so they could make movies for him?

What I wonder is since he was educated in Switzerland, how can one see the outside world and then continue the humanitarian injustice that is going on in NK?
 
Well, NK peoples have been starving for decades now; China stopped loaning NK money because NK couldn't pay them back; NK committed many acts of war against SK; very few parts of NK even have electricity; NK has isolated themselves from the rest of the world; their economy is beyond bad; and their people live in constant fear. Short of resuming a full on war with their neighbors I don't know how much worse it could get.
